Burnout, overwhelm, and isolation have become far too common among the leaders shaping our industry. This six-month container offers a different path. Designed for a select group of visionary leaders, it creates space to step out of constant doing and into deeper awareness, connection, and alignment. Because sometimes the most powerful way forward isn’t to push harder—it’s to listen more closely.
Rhythms of Connection
Twice monthly 90-minute facilitated calls create a steady rhythm for reflection, connection, and growth. Participants will also have access to two optional Co-Flow sessions each month, offering additional space for support, integration, and meaningful conversation.
Collective Genius
Each month, a featured expert will bring insights and practical tools across leadership, wellness, business growth, AI, compensation strategy, emotional intelligence, and personal wealth—helping you navigate the challenges of modern leadership with greater confidence and clarity.
Release and Renewal
Unlike traditional leadership programs, this container isn’t designed to add more to your plate. Through emergent conversations and peer support, you’ll have a dedicated space to release pressure, process challenges, and discover what wants to emerge next.

As VP of Marketing for True Profit Salons, Cari leads brand growth and strategic partnerships across the beauty space. Outside of work, she’s an entrepreneur at heart who finds her greatest joy in homemaking and motherhood.
After over a decade in bedside, travel, and hospice nursing, Cari transitioned into business and now works remotely as a marketing and strategic growth specialist. She brings strong sales experience and leadership to her work and is passionate about building meaningful relationships within the industry.
When she isn’t in mom mode, Cari enjoys connecting with people around the world in healing and growth-centered spaces, building businesses that serve humanity, and traveling with her family.
