These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the True Profit Salons website and participation in our referral program. By accessing our website or submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms.
2. Referral Program Eligibility
The referral program is open to individuals who:
- Are active clients of True Profit Salons at the time the referral is submitted and at the time any reward is issued
- Are 18 years or older
- Submit accurate and complete information
- Have permission to share the contact details of the person they are referring
True Profit Salons reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. How the Referral Program Works
Participants may refer salon owners by submitting the referral form on our website.
- A referral is considered valid when complete and accurate information is provided.
- True Profit Salons will contact the referred individual at its discretion.
4. Referral Rewards
Referral incentives are offered as follows:
- $100 Gift Card: Issued when the referred salon owner books and completes a discovery call with True Profit Salons.
- $1,000 Service Credit: Issued if the referred salon owner becomes a paying client. This credit applies to one month of services.
Conditions:
- Rewards are only available to active True Profit Salons clients.
- Rewards are only issued for new clients who have not previously engaged with True Profit Salons.
- Only one reward is issued per referred business.
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Service credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe as determined by True Profit Salons.
5. Referral Approval & Disqualification
True Profit Salons reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any referral at its sole discretion
- Disqualify referrals that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted without proper consent
- Withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program
6. Communication Consent
By submitting a referral:
- You confirm that the referred individual has agreed to be contacted
- You consent to receive communication related to the referral and reward status
All communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Grow Green Financial, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program
- Any delays or failures in reward delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
8. Modifications to the Program
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time
- Update these Terms without prior notice
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Grow Green Financial, LLC and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
